DR1 is proven and recognized as a value added service to a
DataRadio network. DR1 allows for pro-active network monitoring,
while assisting with trouble isolation. DR1 is accessible
from any Web based computer allowing real-time reporting on
the health and well being of your DataRadio network. Once,
implemented Management as well as your Technical resources
will rely on DR1 for current status, trends as well as maintenance
requirements.

Why do I need DR1 Web-
based diagnostics?
The diagnostics data generated by the Integra or T-96SR products
is used by TechTell's DR1 product to interpret the information
in a concise manner. The information is then displayed via
a web page for your organization's view. Moreover, if an alarm
is triggered a live call will be placed to your organization's
technical team to notify as well as assist with remote trouble
isolation. Once implemented DR1 will increase reliability
and uptime therefore increasing internal customer satisfaction.
What is required to operate
DR1?
The DR1 application is hosted in a server environment and
any needed hardware is supplied in the service. The only requirement
is a web browser to display up-to-date information.
