TechTell is offering their Monitoring Diagnostics package for Public as well as Private IP Networks. TechTell's Monitoring Solution is proven and recognized as a value added service to all IP based networks. TechTell's Solution allows for pro-active network monitoring, while assisting with trouble isolation. TechTell's Solution is accessible from any computer that supports a web browser, allowing real time reporting on the health and function of your network. Once implemented, Management as well as your Technical resources will rely on TechTell Monitoring for current status and trends as well as maintenance requirements.

Why do I need IP-1 Web based diagnostics?

The diagnostics data generated by internal network devices is used by IP-1 to interpret the information and display it at our Network Operation Center. The information is also displayed via a web page for viewing by your organization. If an alarm is triggered, the Network Operation Center will notify your organization's technical team and assist with remote trouble isolation. Once implemented, IP-1 will increase uptime and reliability as well as increase customer satisfaction.


What is required to operate IP-1?

The IP-1 application is hosted in a server environment and any needed hardware is supplied with the service. The only requirement on the customer end is a web browser to display up to date information.
