platform allows for full service network operations in a single application.

resolution along with monitoring in a single integrated application. T'aira
makes it easy for customers to add input through email, webforms and live
chat. It also allows for geographically diverse stakeholders to communicate
and thus increase customer satisfaction through an integrated solution.
T'aira's object-oriented data structure allows for interfacing with Hewlett
Packard OpenView, MicroMuse Netcool, and other network element management
applications.
